Mr. Hughes, founder of GEO/Graphics, is responsible for all project involving Geographic Information Systems (GIS) development and implementation, GPS surveying, cartographic design and graphics production.  With a B.A. in Geography from California State University, Fullerton (1975),  Mr. Hughes has over 25 years of Cartographic and GIS  experience. .  He also possesses advanced technical skills in the fields of GIS, GPS surveying, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.

Mr. Hughes has worked extensively with federal agencies and private sector consulting firms on environmental and biological projects.  His project experience includes the preparation of map and graphic documentation for over 80 EIS and EIR reports, development of municipal maps for numerous communities, and involvement in many biological and environmental planning and assessment projects.
